3. User Eligibility

Search.sh is an API-first search engine built for AI agents, pipelines, and automation. Our Services include:

• AI-powered search with structured JSON responses
• Content extraction from web pages
• Fast and deep search modes
• Multi-region search capabilities
• API access via authentication keys

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

5. API Keys and Credits

Access to the API requires an API key and a prepaid credit balance. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. Any activity under your keys is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to revoke API keys or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive usage patterns.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Exceed reasonable usage rates or circumvent rate limits
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense API access without authorization
• Use the Services to scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of third-party terms
• Submit queries designed to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, technology, branding, and documentation, are owned by ROGA AI Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services subject to these Terms.

Search results may include content from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of such content.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for verifying any information obtained through the Services before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROGA AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.
